You might not be feeling quite right, but you can not appear to find a great reason as to why this is. You may have even gone to the physician only to recognise that there is nothing medically wrong with you. You may just have a build up of toxins in your system, and few weeks of eating on better foods may be just what you need. There are many things that can contribute to these troubles, and many of them are out of your control. You can control what you eat though, and that is when detoxification diets come into play.
How well these detoxification diets work for you will depend upon how well you follow them. I have a friend who does this once a year, and she swears that she always feels better once she is done. Although there are many different detoxification diets you can accompany, she always comes to with her own. She cuts off all refined sugar and all fats. She eats nothing but fruits and veggies for two weeks, and drinks nothing but water. She exercises and does meditation as much as possible. She says it works wonders, but it hard to stay on for any longer than that.
You can likely find some good detoxification diets online, and they might or might not be like the one my friend uses. You have to look through the diet and be realistic when you read. You will know if something may help you clear out your system, or if it may end up becoming dangerous. You are going into dangerous territory if you think you can live on nothing but water for a week. Anybody should know that, but there are some who try it. If you aren’t sure about something you read, talk to a medical professional about it.
Remember that detoxification diets should only last a week or two. Anything longer and you run the risk of harm to your system. If you prefer something that may be life-threatening, you are going to feel bad rather than feeling great. These do take some dedication, and if you can not seem to eat right day in and day out, you may have huge troubles when trying one of them. If you can get through a great one though, you might find that you are feeling better than ever. You might have not applied much thought to what toxins can do, just once you free yourself from them, you will want to keep it up.
