Low Carb Atkins Diet
Anybody who has been on the Atkins weight loss diet knows how monotonous it gets. Oh certainly, when you first begin it sounds awfully exciting. You get to eat all the meat that you like. For me, it was the best diet. I got to eat bacon for breakfast each day, and steak as often as I wanted. All the same, it was just a matter of time before Atkins diet food got dull. This is the disaster of the Atkins dietings. It is a sorry day when steak becomes a dull meal, simply still after the first week it was hard for me to even take a bite of that red, fattening meat. I was just so tired of it. That is when I started becoming more creative with cooking Atkins low carbohydrate recipes.
For the first several weeks of the Atkins diet, I did not contemplate any creativity with my Atkins low carbohydrate recipe regimen. Later on , I was quite pleased with my steady diet of meat and cheese. Who would not be for awhile? By the time I got tired of my all meat diet, I was a bit terrified of Atkins low carbohydrate recipes. To tell you the truth, I assumed they would all be awful. The only thing that I actually wanted, after all, was starch. I figured that whatever that I could eat in the Atkins diet would be proteinaceous and disgusting. It turns out that there are more low carbohydrate foods than I had thought. Although a whole lot of individuals start with basic high-protein food, Atkins meal programs can really be changed and interesting. It is all a matter of becoming creative.
Unfortunately, once I began tinkering with the Atkins low carbohydrate recipes, I dreamed of more. The more I learned how to cook interesting foods that I could still eat on the Atkins diet, the more I wanted the forbidden fruits so to speak. Sooner or later, I would give in to the temptation to eat carb. Rather than waiting for the inevitable, I made the decision to switch off the Atkins Weight loss plan. No more Atkins advantage bars, no more steaks for dinner. From now on, I would lose my weight by eating a good for you diet.
